Risa Takemura & Tomoki Ishizuka from HORIPRO Music Academy will be joining the Certificate of Merit HONORS FESTIVAL Recital 2013 on Sunday, April 21st! The festival is for students who were awarded honors in the Certificate of Merit program. Tomoki has been nominated as a Panel Finalist as well.
